Well if your cured then good luck to you, but to be honest I'm a little skeptical, I'm concerned this may advertising rather that a real post?
For one thing the website for 'The Lightning Process' also sells " Boost Your Immune System" CDs & uses NLP, sounds very much like quackery to me. On the subject of NLP I used to be very much sold on it, it seems very convincing, I went as far as reading the entire 'Users Manual For The Brain' by Bobby Bodenhamer and Michael Hall among other books & truly believed in it. It doesn't claim to be scientific but using words like Nero & Linguistic in the title may give that false impression that there is Science behind it. Don't be fool, it has lots of nice tricks to make you feel good in the short term but the truth is its not, been shown to be any more effective than placebo, a quick trip over to Wikipedia & you will see the criticism it has received from Scientists & people involved in psychological therapies.
Anyone who's suffered depression for years will likely be well aware that just because you've had a good few days doesn't mean your cured. If your genuine KEW then I apologize for my insinuations. To anyone else reading be wary of miracle cures, be skeptical & do your research. By all means try it, but be wary, unlike CBT, LNP hasn't been shown in proper studies to offer a reliable long term solution to anything, its quackery.
